Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Sherum account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
